Processing & DispatchOrders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days unless otherwise stated. This is the time before the parcel is handed to DHL Express or DPD.After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email, including a tracking code and link to follow the shipment.Delivery time starts once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
Returns & ExchangesWe want all our customers to be satisfied with their experience at MINOAR. If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you received, you have the right to return or exchange the purchased items within 14 days after delivery.Items must be returned in the same condition and state as received.
PackagingEvery item is dispatched inside our signature garment cotton strap bag with the MINOAR logotype at the center.Each item comes inside its own pouch, with the size depending on the item measurements and volume.
