Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last product in your order.

How to exercise the right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example by post or email.

You may also use the online withdrawal function: Withdraw from contract . If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, including the content of your declaration and the date and time of receipt, without undue delay.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of initial standard delivery, except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If goods have already been delivered, they must be sent back without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return instructions, accepted return methods, and any applicable return costs are set out in Shipping & Returns .

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases, including products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.
