Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using MINOAR.COM, registering an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this Site or place an order.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms for important reasons. Material changes will be communicated by email and site notice at least 14 days before taking effect. For orders already placed, the Terms in effect at the time of your order will apply.

Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid payment method, and provide accurate personal and payment information.

Products

MINOAR produces limited lines of designer apparel and accessories. Many items involve handcraft and unique materials — slight variations in texture, color, or finish are inherent to their character and are not considered defects. Product images accurately represent items but colors may vary by device display settings.

Many products are limited editions. We reserve the right to make minor design improvements while retaining the overall style and vision.

Orders & Contract Formation

By clicking "Place Order" you make an offer to purchase subject to these Terms. An email acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract forms only when we send an Order Confirmation confirming dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Prices, VAT & Duties

Prices are quoted in EUR and a range of other currencies. EU customers: prices include VAT at the applicable rate. Non-EU customers: prices are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — the price shown is the final price, inclusive of anticipated duties and taxes.

Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout and calculated based on address, shipping method, and order weight. In the unlikely event that additional charges are applied by local customs, contact us immediately at info@minoar.com .

Pricing errors will be communicated and you may reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment

We accept PayPal, Credit/Debit Card via Stripe, and Bank Transfer. Payment is debited upon or before dispatch. We do not store full card details. Bank transfer orders are processed upon receipt of cleared funds.

Delivery

We deliver worldwide via DHL and courier partners. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

Express: 1–3 working days
Standard: 5–12 working days

Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days of Order Confirmation. Tracking information is sent by email once dispatched. For failed deliveries due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we may deduct actual return shipping costs from any refund.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

If you reside in the EU or EEA, you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw without giving any reason.

To withdraw, contact us at store@minoar.com or write to MINOAR LTD, 131 Dondukov Blvd, 1527 Sofia, Bulgaria. Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Refunds include the original standard delivery cost and will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Products, using the same payment method as the original transaction. You bear return shipping costs, or you may use our DHL return service for a flat fee of €20 deducted from your refund.

Products must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings, underwear, and swimwear with a broken hygiene seal cannot be returned.

Exchanges & Returns

Beyond the EU withdrawal right, MINOAR offers returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided items are in original condition. Email store@minoar.com to initiate.

Exchanges for a different size (if available) are free of return shipping when using our DHL service. For refund returns: original shipping is non-refundable; return costs are your responsibility, or €20 via our arranged DHL service.

Faulty Products

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us immediately at store@minoar.com with details and photos. EU consumers have statutory rights for at least two years from delivery, including the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or a full refund. We will cover reasonable return costs for confirmed faulty products.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and MINOAR trademarks — is the property of MINOAR LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. It may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

MINOAR's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the Product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including power failure, internet outages, industrial action, civil unrest, natural disasters, terrorism, or governmental action.

Privacy & Cookies

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy , incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Online Dispute Resolution (EU Consumers)

EU consumers may resolve disputes via the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/odr . Our email for the ODR platform: info@minoar.com .

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bulgarian courts. EU consumers may also rely on mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

MNR CLUB

Participation in the MNR CLUB and MNR ECHELON program is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By creating an account on minoar.com, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility & Enrollment

Enrollment is free and automatic for all individuals aged 18 or older who maintain a registered account on minoar.com. Only one membership per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification. MNR Points and Echelon Tier status are personal and non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or moved to another account.

Earning MNR Points

Members earn 1 MNR Point for every €1 spent on eligible merchandise. Points are calculated based on the net product subtotal after discounts and exclude shipping, taxes, duties, insurance, gift cards, and subscription renewals. Purchase points are recorded as Pending when an order is marked as completed in our system.

Verification & Settlement Period

All purchase points remain Pending during a 16-day verification period consisting of the 14-day return window plus a 2-day buffer. Points become Active and spendable only after the 16th day if the order has not been returned or cancelled. Welcome, Birthday, and Tier Achievement bonuses are credited directly to the Active balance.

MNR ECHELON (Tiers)

Tiers are determined by Lifetime Points Earned. Redeeming points for discounts does not decrease your Echelon status. Once a tier is achieved, the status is permanent, except that the Ultimate tier’s 20% benefit is valid for 12 months.

Elevated (0+): Earn/Redeem, Welcome Bonus (50 pts)
Advanced (500+): 5% auto-benefit, 48hr early access, Birthday Bonus (100 pts)
Elite (2,000+): 10% auto-benefit, 72hr early access, Birthday Bonus (250 pts)
Ultimate (5,000+): 20% auto-benefit for 12 months, 1-week early access, Birthday Bonus (500 pts)
Apex (10,000+): Permanent 20% auto-benefit, pre-access, Birthday Bonus (1,000 pts), complimentary express shipping

Redemption Rules

100 MNR Points equal a €10 discount. A minimum of 100 points is required to redeem. Points must be applied on the Cart page before checkout, cannot be applied retrospectively, cannot exceed the cart subtotal, and cannot be used for shipping costs. Tier auto-benefits apply only to full-price items. Unless otherwise stated, point redemptions cannot be combined with promotional coupon codes.

Refunds & Cancellations

If an order is cancelled before shipping, any redeemed points are restored immediately. Points earned on a returned order will be deducted from the member’s balance and may result in a negative point state if the balance is insufficient. If an order purchased with points is returned, the redeemed points are restored to the Active balance once the return is processed.

Expiry

Active points expire on a 12-month rolling basis from the date they were earned or activated. Lifetime points used for Echelon Tier status do not expire. Members receive an automated warning email 7 days before any point expiration.

Exclusive Perks & Early Access

Tier-based early access windows for collection releases are enforced server-side and are available only to logged-in eligible accounts. Complimentary express shipping for Apex members is applied automatically at checkout where express rates are available. Seasonal or Tier Achievement gifts hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Account Integrity & Fraud

MINOAR reserves the right to audit any account for suspicious activity. Fraudulent behavior, including exploiting system glitches or point farming, will lead to forfeiture of all points and permanent account termination. If a technical error results in points being incorrectly credited or deducted, MINOAR reserves the right to correct the balance accordingly.

Amendments & Termination

MINOAR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the MNR CLUB program, tier thresholds, or point values at any time. Changes to these terms will be updated on this page, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If the program is discontinued, MINOAR will provide a minimum 30-day period during which Active points can still be redeemed before the program ends.
